Day by Days

I can not believe that it has been almost a year since I posted on my blog. I am so sorry to anyone who follows, email me anytime. Life seems to fly by and everyday is busy it seems. Dalton was very busy practicing for his solo on his tuba. He did great he got a 1 which is the highest make. I am so proud of him. The solo for area schools, there were many schools there, when I was there it seemed like 10,000 kids but reality was only 500 or so, all middle school and high school. He is busy with Boy Scouts, leadership, Church youth group: SOS (Serving Our Savior) and is still a straight A student and is a teenage boys!!!!!! That is scary in itself.
Tanner is also very busy with school. He is also a straight A student (how blessed am I), he too is in scouts, just finished his first round of leadership training and loves it! also in SOS,
They are great boys, yes we have the moments of fighting and just being brothers!
As for me I have had kind of a rough few months. In Sept I hurt my knee and ended up tearing my whole knee apart, they did surgery in Sept, hoping that would take care of it, not-----I just had surgery again last week, hoping this time I will be able to walk without assistance, I have been on crutches since Sept. Pray!
Dick is still working lots of hours, He is a great husband! yes even after being together almost 25 years...... Communication is the answer but first comes God because with him all things are possible....
Please pray for our great-niece Ava. She is struggling with health issues and she is only 6 months old. you can follow her on carebridge.com Her name is Ava Hutton. God has done wonderful miracles for her already just by letting her touch our lives. Pray for the whole family. Thank you and God Bless you all. Until next time

Crazy Times

Sure has been a very long since I have posted anything. Where did all the time go,
It has been so busy that I felt like I meet myself coming in the door. I can't remember if I
announced that I was laid off from the real estate office in November, I did get unemployment but truly even though I was and am very thankful it was getting abit tight. God is so faithful, he really does provide me and my family with what I need, such as me being laid off so I was able to spend more time with the boys, Dick (when he was home) and the new puppies, just as I was enjoying it and then thing started to get alittle tighter, I was bless again God provide my job with Geary a CPA close to our town (only 10 miles away) I started with Geary mid January and am working full time thru tax time, time has flown by because April 15th is almost here. It is a great job and he is a great boss. I love helping taxes. My head swims alot but it is great. I am still working for kids club too (after school program) Monday - Thursday 3-6pm. It is crazy.. Then we have Boy Scouts every other Monday night, Cub Scouts every other Tuesday, Church SOS youth group every Wednesday night. This is a fantastic night at church, We are just starting this youth group (the kids are finally old enough) The name of the group is SOS (Serving Our Savior) it great the kids came up with it.

On a sad note we lost one of our puppies this week. It was and is so hard. Willy! we miss him and love him so much. He was only 7 months old. You see Friday night he and Hershey's (our other puppy) went outside and decided to do a walk about (run from the yard) and they were gone for at least an hour, we were looking for them the whole time, anyway they both came home. About 45 minutes after they were back Willy started to throw up- he was sick thur the weekend. We thought maybe he had the flu because I was sick too, but Monday he was worse. I did call the vet. and he said to just watch him and give him water, his thought was that Willy had ate something rotten, more then likely a dead animal. Tuesday was an awful night and Wednesday he died, He went to puppy heaven, Tanner and Dalton had a really hard time. After all this and the details that happen at the end of his life everyone thinks it was a dead mouse that had poison in his body, so I beg of the public to please look for them dead mice and burn them DON"T leave them laying around.. Thank You. I will post again next week to caught you all up
Until then- Love to all

Time

Hello all, boy it has been a long, long time. Things are crazy here. Yes I am still laid off from the real estate busy but Thank God he is providing. I have been working with "kids club" after school program yet Monday thru Thursday and starting Monday I will start with Geary doing reception work and taxes at least until April, maybe then real estate will pick back up if not I will be looking. Please keep that in your prayers.

The boys had a wonderful Christmas. We all went to Church Christmas Eve and WOW! what a Savior we have. We then came home and spent time with the boys and Grandma and Papa. I was so nice. Kevin and Jen (my brother and his girlfriend) and the girls (my nieces) came over Christmas Day and we had our Christmas with them. It was so nice to spend time with my nieces, they are growing like weeds.
New Years Eve we also went to Church (just me and the boys, Dad was still working) what a service that was. It was very small so we went around the room saying what we were extra thankful for in 2008 and hopes for 2009. It makes you cry with tears of happiness when you hear your children say how thankful they are for God, his word and their Church family.

We have also had a bumpy road with all this sickness. Tanner was so sick right before Christmas that we ended in the ER he was diagnosis with gastroenteritis's, he was throwing up blood so away we went. He scared me this time. After 4 more days he returned to normal busy boy just to get the flu. This time no blood and only lasted 24 hrs. Then Dalton got sick with sore throat and high fevers, that was another 5 days of sickness. They both returned to school on Jan. 5th with new outlook but didn't last long, Friday (1-3) the school called me saying that Dalton was throwing up. Here we go again- he is now fine and now Tanner is home today with stomach pain and fever.! I am learning patience by the buckets right now.

Crazy in Wisconsin is the reason I named this blog! It is always something around the corner to jump over another hurtle except I drive miles to get anywhere, all hospitals and stores are 30+ miles away. oh well, that it my life and having my great husband of 20 years and two beautiful kiddos I would change it. Love to all of you talk to you soon......

As of tomorrow I will be laid off work, you see the housing market is pretty slow - bad- down, etc so my boss is closing my office for the winter forsure maybe permanently who knows. anyway I am done here tomorrow. I am very Blessed and did get hired at the School for After School program -"Kids Club" I mostly work with the K- 1st graders, we all get together in the beginning and the end of the day. I work from 3:00 to 6:00 M-TH. I love it!!!! And my other exciting news is that I got hire by a CPA for tax time forsure and maybe longer. God has a plan for me and I am so excited to see it as it is reviled to me. Thank You Lord!

Wild Days

Boy has it been awhile since I have been able to blog. Where do I start! The boys are very busy with school. Dalton is in 7Th with a ton and half of homework. We just got 3 week progress reports yesterday and Dalton has all A's except a B+ in Science. Not bad for 3 weeks into school. He also is in soccer this year but due to low volume of 7 and 8Th graders he has not had a game they use him as a assist coach for the K-4 graders. He really likes it but would rather be playing.
Tanner loves soccer. He player a game last night in Chetek last night, they lost but had a great time!
He is a smart little guy (yes I'm Mom and I can say that) but judge for yourself, His 3 week progress report was all A's - yes I said all A's for Tanner too! boy am I going to be broke by the end of this year. You see we give them a $1 per A.... you do the math, but this only counts at report cards not progress reports. Thanks goodness!

The rest of our lives have been very busy with the puppies. they are the cutest little guys/gals I have ever seen. We are going to say goodbye to the little girls this weekend. Tanner is having a difficult time already. They are his babies... but they are going to great homes and we can find out how they are doing. If anyone is interested in Yellow Lab/Black Lab puppies please email me they are 6 weeks old tomorrow and we are charging $50.00. Lune (our lab is yellow and could be registered but we did not get the papers for her) Here are some recent photos of a few!

As for me and my part, life has thrown us a few curve balls. My boss came to me last week and started out and said" things are hard with real estate right now so I am going to have to........you got it cut your hours" I almost fell over.... she just cut our hours a month ago to 32 hrs a week but now it is 24. I do truly understand it is the economy not her fault. You see I love my job.... but she is letting us do a few other things.... Thank you God! for giving us the opportunity to seek you deeper~

As for the computer thing--- well the boys were playing with my HP and somehow deleted or erased windows xp so that computer is down until I can find my discs (good luck to me) and then they were playing on my laptop and guess what....did it again. boy I told you that we have smart boys,. now if they could just find the discs to put it back on!!! I will update as much as I can but only working 24 hrs with a computer might be awhile.

God Bless you all and take care until next time

Love, Kim

What is Happening

Sorry that the post are short and sweet but Internet is down at our house. This is what is happening here. We are getting ready for the school days to begin- Dalton goes to 7Th and Tanner to 3rd. They are both very excited to start on the 2nd. Orientation is this week for Dalton to get schedules and class, locker assignment and then the 2nd I am taking him to school. You see he plays the tuba in band and it is $9000 so taking it on the school bus is no an option!

The other excitement we have had is our dog Luna (she is a 2 year old yellow lab) had puppies this last week. 8 of them 2 females, 4 males. (we only got 2 chocolates out of the deal both males)

Until next time here is a picture of the cute little darling!
